Produk yang telah dikirim dapat dikembalikan atau ditukar apabila memenuhi syarat & ketentuan berikut:
– Produk yang diterima berbeda spesifikasi dari yang tertera di iklan
– Produk yang dikirim tidak sesuai dengan pesanan (beda tipe/spesifikasi)
– Produk yang dikirim berbeda merek dari yang dipesan
Produk tidak dapat dikembalikan apabila:
– Terjadi kesalahan pemesanan oleh pembeli (misalnya salah memilih merek atau spesifikasi)
– Barang sudah tidak dibutuhkan lagi setelah dipesan
– Tidak disertakan video unboxing secara utuh, tanpa potongan dan tanpa editing (wajib)
– Pembeli salah pilih produk karena ketidaktahuan atau coba-coba
– Terjadi kesalahan pengiriman oleh penjual, namun barang atau dus produk sudah dirusak oleh pembeli
